WEBC is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience.  This Policy sets out how Water’s Edge Boat Club, LLC (WEBC) uses and protects your information when you use this website.  Should WEBC ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this Policy.

Collection of your Personal Information  

Generally, you may visit our websites without entering any Personal Information.  On certain pages, we may ask you for certain Personal Information to provide a service or carry out a transaction you have requested. WEBC may collect the following types of information, including but not limited to: contact details such as your email address, full name, phone number, and physical mailing address; customer inquiry information; and information used to customize and facilitate your use of our website.

You are not required to provide any Personal Information to WEBC, but if you choose not to provide Personal Information, we may be unable to provide you with certain requested services or complete transactions.

WEBC’s website may contain links to third-party websites of interest.  WEBC is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices employed by sites belonging to third parties and such sites are not governed by this Policy.  You should exercise caution and review the privacy policy applicable to each third-party website.

Children’s Privacy

We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children under 13.  If we learn we have obtained Personal Information from a child under 13, we will delete that Personal Information from our records.

Choice of Law, Jurisdiction And Venue

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin.  Any claim arising out of or in connection with this Policy, must be commenced within one year after the use giving rise to such claim, and must be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Waukesha County, Wisconsin.

Changes to this Privacy Statement

WEBC will occasionally update this Policy to reflect company and customer feedback.  WEBC encourages you to periodically review this Statement to be informed of how WEBC is approaching your information.
